SPARK & GLOW PERMANENT JEWELRY FAQ’S

>>What is the permanent jewelry process?<<

The process takes between 15-20 minutes

1.Choose your chain.

2.Pick an embellishment to add, if you’d like.

3.We will measure and custom fit the chain to your wrist, ankle, or neck.

(Note: once we cut your chain it is a final sale. So make sure you love it, before we cut it.)

4.Then we secure your piece with a quick “spark” from the stylus

It is quick and fun

>>Does it hurt?<<

No, the process is completely painless . All you will feel is a puff of air, and you will see a little spark, as you’re piece is fused together.

>>What if I want to remove my jewelry?<<

Your permanent jewelry can be removed with a pair of scissors, if you decide you want to take it off. If you do remove it, clip it on the jump ring so that it can be re-fused in the future.

>>What if I need my jewelry removed for a medical purpose?<<

If you need to have it removed for a medical reason, we will re-weld your piece for free. Consult with your physician to ensure that your jewelry removal is necessary.

>>Is permanent jewelry durable?<<

Yes, permanent jewelry can be very durable when treated with care. The jeweler will fuse and perform a “tug test” on your piece, after that, it is up to the wearer to take care of it. Keep in mind, that this is dainty jewelry, so if the chain is mishandled, stretched, snagged or pulled harshly, it could snap or stretch just like any other piece of jewelry.

We are happy to fix a piece if it breaks, but we cannot replace a permanent jewelry piece that has been broken and lost.

>>How much does a custom piece cost?<<

Depending on your choice of chain, and size you need, piece range from $54 to $68. Charms and add-ons are priced separately.

>>Can we purchase gift cards?<<

Yes, we have gift cards available.

**How do I get one?
