Vendor Licensing

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining the proper business licenses & permits that pertain to my specific business. I will submit them to Central Coast Glow LLC, or have them at the event.
Vendor Commitment

All vendors applying must be local Central Coast Makers that sell or curate original, handmade, repurposed or vintage items, OR be a food vendor. Vendors will arrive at the set up time (at least 1 hour prior to event) to ensure the booth is ready for the event, and will REMAIN FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT. We will supply one 6' table, and 2 folding chairs at the Oceano Train Depot Event. Vendors need to supply their own table covers & set up items. Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean & for the removal of their trash, otherwise Vendor will be subject for a debris removal fee. Vendor will pay the non-refundable booth fee on time, and in full. Vendor is committed to the event on Saturday March 25th from 11am - 4pm.

Central Coast Glow LLC, Discover Oceano & Oceano Train Depot as Event Location Hosts, will not be responsible for any damages, loss, theft, or personal injury. Central Coast Glow LLC & Discover Oceano will attempt to announce any changes to the market due to inclement weather. We will only offer a credit due to a weather cancellation, but not for a vendor initiated cancellation. Vendor understands that booth assignments are subject to change, based on changing circumstances or organizer evaluation. Vendor has read this entire application and understands that this is not a guarantee of approval. Vendor understands that by submitting this application, they are COMMITED to the event date if Application is accepted. Vendor realizes that if application is accepted, they have entered an agreement under the stated terms, and payment will be due upon acceptance email.
